Precognitive Lucid Dream,The Phenomenon Of A Dream Come True

Most of these prophetic dreams are related to the disaster, war, murder, accidents, even racehorses that will come out as winners. However, sometimes only with the little things that happen in the future.

Oh yes, if I talk about precognitive dream, I'm not talking about specific skills possessed by the paranormal. I'm talking about the experience that most people on this earth, including you and me.

At a conference of the Association for the Study of Dreams, Robert Waggoner, a psychologist and dream researcher, said that the precognitive dream neglect status, occupation, culture and religion.

Therefore, anyone in the world, as long as he is human and alive would have experienced it. The only difference is the intensity of the experience.

A study conducted by Baylor University found that 52 percent of people believe in precognitive dream. Even a survey to see a 66 per cent of respondents who experienced an accurate precognitive dream.

In history, Abaham Lincoln never dreamed to see his body lying in a coffin, two weeks before his murder. Then an engineer from England named John Dunne had dreamed about the eruption of a volcano in France who later became a reality.

 Category precognitive Lucid Dream
According to the researchers, mostly psychologists, not all dreams come true can be referred to as precognitive. To qualify as a precognitive, it is a dream come true it's NOT meet the following four elements, namely:
1. Be real because the probability
2. The dreamer is aware that the event will occur.
3. Self fulfilling prophecy
4. influence Telepathy

Be real because of the probability.
For example, we read the news that three days will be held a large demonstration. Last night, we dream about our demo and see the action of throwing a stone-throwing protesters with the police.

3 Days later, there was a large demonstration and action occur toss stones.

Our dreams come true, but it can not be called precognitive because the probability of occurrence of the action of anarchy in the demo is very high.

The dreamers already know about the event.
These terms have the same example as above. We already know will happen before the demo. Therefore, when we dream it, we can not call it a precognitive.

Self fulfilling prophecy
Self Fulfilling prophecy (self-fulfilling prediction) is a prediction that directly or indirectly caused it to be true.

For example, there is a false prophecy proclaimed. But when he was declared as a true prediction, then the declaration may be influencing people to make it a reality.

The simplest example is a rumor.

For example, a rumor circulated in the community that the bank enigmus (for example) experienced liquidity problems and may be closed by the government. In reality enigmus bank did not experience any financial difficulties. Rumor is exhaled by competitors to slander the reputation of the bank. Then the customers of a polynomial to be worried by these rumors and immediately flocked to the bank to withdraw their money.

Guess what happens next?

Bank enigmus a fine collapses due to withdrawal of funds on a large scale. Enigmus bank was liquidated (or bail out) by the government. And customers will say, "It turns out the rumors were true!"

This is a self fulfilling prophecy.
If the dream involves a self fulfilling prophecy of events, then clearly it is not precognitive.
  Influence of telepathy
Sigmund Freud, the father of psychoanalysis had studied the relationship between dreams and the subconscious mind. He once said "It is an indisputable fact that sleep is a very good condition for telepathy."

Believe it or not, this statement is evident from many experiments. One of them is an experiment conducted by the Italian psychiatrist named GC Ermacora where he managed to deliver a message to someone who is asleep and dreaming.

So, in other words, one's dreams can be influenced by telepathy. Of course, if the dream comes from the influence of experienced telepathy, then the dream could not be categorized as precognitive.

 Precognitive Lucid Theories
Precognitive dream is a phenomenon that can not be completely explained by science. However, interest in this subject has been started since the time of Aristotle. In the more modern times today, some scientific theories to explain the birth, or at least, give some idea about this phenomenon. It's between those theories that I find quite interesting.

Frequency Theory
Before the earthquake, the animals will run out. The scientists believe that the shift of tectonic plates has created a frequency that can be captured by the animal's brain. Earth, under normal conditions has a frequency of about 7.83 hertz. A person (or animal) that is consistent with such frequency that can sense changes, because they ran out.

Based on this argument, was born the theory of frequency. According to this theory, during the dream, our subconscious mind getting free from the shackles of the conscious mind and begin to control the brain that regulate emotion and intuition. And the result is "in tune" with the other frequencies that cause the occurrence of precognitive dream.

The problem with this theory is, is "the future" has its own frequency?

Science can not answer this.

Law of Large Numbers

This theory was proposed by a skeptic named Robert Todd Carroll, author of "The Skeptic's Dictionary '. He said as follows:
"Say, chances are a million to one when an individual is dreaming of a plane crash and the next day a plane actually crashed. With 6 billion people who have dreams about 250 different theme every night, then surely there will be about 1.5 million people a day who have dreams that seem to be predicted. "
For Robert, precognitive dream is just a coincidence or a probability that arise due to statistical laws.

This theory, along with another argument that says that the success of the precognitive dream actually happen because of memory bias.

Memory Bias
That is, our memory will only remember a dream come true and do not forget that dream come true.

When an event occurs, an automatic, just remember the dream the dreamer is accurate and he would say, "I've dreamed about!" But when it's not a dream come true, he will soon forget the dream.

This theory may have a point. In one experiment, subjects were asked to write their dreams in a notebook. This is done to prevent selective memory works. When compared with real events, which recorded the dream seemed to lose its accuracy.

In conclusion, we dream a lot. Many are not accurate and some inaccurate. Everything is just a mere coincidence.

Yes, I know, you are not satisfied with these theories. But it's science can not explain this phenomenon perfectly. What now?

Now, after a bit of their brain with a complex theory, we will enter into the most important question, namely: why me?

 Why precognitive dream happen?
This is a question asked by many precognitive dreamers.

Once again, researchers do not have definitive answers. They just say, the dream may occur as part of the human survival mechanism.

Then, you might say, "Yes, it's a dream that relates to ourselves. What about the dreams relating to other people? What if I dreamed about the accident that would be experienced by my friend?"

I did not find an answer to this question of the scientists. But if you ask me, then I will answer:

"God wants to use you to warn them. So, pick up the phone and call him!"
