Yahoo answer about lucid dream.

Lucid Dream is a dream, but this is not an ordinary dream.
Usually when we dreamed of guns actually realize that we are dreaming, but the Lucid Dream, we are aware and know that our center in a dream ...
Lucid Dream usually occurs naturally so I was taught how guns could be (maybe the other know how to do it ...).

I've ngalamin Lucid Dream several times in my life (although the number of ordinary dream far more than the Lucid Dream).
I personally experienced Lucid Dream is usually when I feel scared and tried to get up from my sleep, although very difficult. For example I had a dream dikejar2 by many people but I realized I had a dream and in the center in a very messed up my feelings, anxiety and fear I tried to force myself to wake up. And then I managed to get up even though it is very difficult I think ...

In conclusion I think Lucid Dream is not entirely unpleasant though it is more fun than usual because of the Lucid dream Dream we can control our actions, especially actions to stay asleep and wake up soon enjoy a dream or to "run" of the dream .....

Oh yes, do you ever experience Lucid Dream??
